Deputy Prime Minister (Amendment) Act (PUL 6-1)

The Initiative and Referendum Act (PUL 6-3) has been granted Royal Assent as on 8 Fünat 07 (3 October 2023). This is a notice that the aforementioned law will take effect pending the result of a public vote as required in Article 48, Clause (1)(a) of the Basic Law
