Treaty Referendum Rejected by the Nation

The referendum regarding the accession of Atovia to the Treaty of the Northern Seas has been rejected by a slim margin of provinces. The referendum required a vote in the affirmative from the people and the provinces. The nationwide popular vote was accepted with 54.5% of votes in the affirmative. The provincial vote had Theolonia voting yes and Zederschloß voting no, resulting in a rejection of the referendum.
